Our Story

Scratch was found in Grand Cayman in 2013, born from Chef Brittanni Seymour’s belief that life’s sweetest moments deserve to be made with great care. From our signature rustic doughnuts to cruffins, cakes, scrolls, and pastries, everything is made from scratch – just as our name promises.

For us, great baking begins with real ingredients and a refusal to take shortcuts. We make every element in-house, from our doughs and fillings to our icings and glazes, using high quality ingredients that are organic and locally sourced whenever possible. Our doughnuts contain no artificial ingredients, extenders, or preservatives – just honest ingredients transformed with patience, skill, and imagination.

Every morning, we begin again: mixing, rolling, filling, glazing, and baking each creation fresh for the day ahead. Whether Gluten-Free or Gluten-Full, everything we make is designed to look beautiful, taste unforgettable, and bring a little more joy to your day. At Scratch, there is a whole lot of love in every bite.
